Puppy Deposit Contract for west highland white terrier

Please CAREFULLY read all instructions in RED to ensure that this contract is filled out correctly.

Introduction

To reserve a ARROWHEAD ACRES WEST HIGHLAND WHITE TERRIER PUPPY this Deposit Contract must be filled out & submitted.
Before clicking SUBMIT located at the end of this agreement, be certain every empty white box marked by an * has an entry. If the field does not apply to you, please enter N/A for non-applicable or zeros for a phone number or dollar amount. Leaving a box empty will result in an ERROR page when submitted. If completed correctly, you will receive a THANK YOU page. Start at the first blank white box and use the TAB key to navigate through the page. You will be taken to the next box that needs an entry to prevent an error. Once the contract is submitted it will be received by us, Arrowhead Acres Westies. This contract will serve as your receipt for the deposit you have paid.

•    You may pay the deposit for your ARROWHEAD ACRES WESTIE PUPPY via PayPal. Send PayPal payments to the email address, wendy@arrowheadacreswesties.com.
•    You may pay the deposit for your ARROWHEAD ACRES WESTIE PUPPY via Credit Card. On the right side of each page of the Website you will see the Side Bar. Scroll down almost to the bottom of the Side Bar and will see a "BUY NOW" button. Right above that button you will see a drop down box with prices listed, select the appropriate payment amount and then click the "BUY NOW" button. You will then be directed to the page where you will enter your credit/debit card information. At the bottom of that page you will see, "Pay by credit or debit card", click that box and follow those directions from there.
•    You may choose to send a cashier’s check, personal check or money order mailed to the address listed below. You will be instructed to which “Foster Parent” to make the personal check, cashier check or money order out to. All deposits need to be mailed to the address below and must reach us within 3 business days of the commitment to buy a particular ARROWHEAD ACRES WESTIE or hold a position in line of a certain litter.
